Aaims was formed in 1984 by Tom Wills to provide professional services to landlords. Having worked many years in Fayetteville for a nationally franchised company, Tom noticed that almost all real estate companies seemed to manage property only as a sideline. A majority of the company resources were focused on real estate sales and property management was only a secondary business used to help generate those sales. Tom saw the need for a company that specialized in property management. A company whose only focus was on managing property and taking care of the details for owners of investment property.

Awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), the AMO® accreditation symbolizes the highest standards of professionalism, financial performance – and most importantly – ethics. Only 537 firms in the United States and Canada have passed the rigorous requirements necessary to earn the AMO® accreditation. We are the only local company to receive this accreditation. We are also Accredited by the Better Business Bureau and have an A+ rating.

We are committed to hiring the best people and providing them with the latest technology and support, so our clients receive the very best property management service. Currently we are staffed with one Office Manager, seven property managers, three Maintenance Coordinators, a Marketing staff of three, a bookkeeping staff of three, three assistants and our dedicated receptionist. We have over 100 years of combined experience and are completely dedicated to property management. We have the right people and are properly staffed to get the job done and done right for you.

We changed what it means to be in the property management business and we are continually trying to improve the service we provide. Our move-in inspections are more thorough than any in the business and are used to hold tenants responsible for damages they cause. Regular inspections are scheduled every four months and the owner will receive a written report after each regular inspection. Our bookkeepers keep track of your money, to the penny and the Owner is sent a statement every month showing all income and expenses.

Our office is centrally located at the corner of Morganton Road and Westlake Road allowing us to serve the Fayetteville, Spring Lake and Hope Mills areas. This location is only 7/10th of a mile from Cross Creek Mall so it is easy for prospective tenants and those new to the area to find.
