Kristy started with Aaims as a Property Manager in 2016 and transitioned into her new role in October 2020. She had previous experience as a Vendor, Maintenance Coordinator and Property Inspector.
She loves the daily challenges and new experiences Property Management brings and thrives on being able to help our clients and customers. She is a mother of 2 and a Grandmother. When she is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, traveling, history, and reading. Hannah worked as our Marketing Leasing Coordinator in our leasing department prior to becoming a Property Manager. She loves meeting new people and is excited that this position allows just that. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends and dogs at the beach, the mountains or in the backyard by the pool. Hannah became a new mother in 2022. Her co-workers describe her as funny, friendly and hard-working.

Jennifer has been working with AAIMS since 2016 and has worked in Property Management since 2012. She was in the medical field for 10 years, which is where she learned to be empathetic, caring and customer service oriented. She is a Military wife, a Mother of 3, Grandmother and a dog mom of the cutest Chocolate lab you’ve ever seen. She loves spending her time off at the lake camping, canoeing and hiking. Sarrayyah has been with the company since 2016 and in the business for 12 years. She started as a Tax credit Property manager and then made the transition to single-family homes. Carol has been with Aaims Property Management, Inc. since opening in 1984. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 1981. Rosalie Murwin - Bookkeeper
Rosalie (Rose to her co-workers) has been with Aaims for 11 years and worked in the restaurant business prior to that. Rose enjoys music, painting and spending time with her 2 children and husband. Rose loves her work family and accounting! Rose says her job here at Aaims “feels like home” She loves to make others smile. Nigeria Price - Bookkeeping Assistant
Nigeria was our receptionist before moving into our accounting department. She also has experience in computer science, web design, and game development. Nigeria is a fast learner and is passionate about helping others. She enjoys drawing, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
