LEASING INFORMATION

Basics: Once you have decided which home is right for you, complete and sign the application. Submit the Application with a Photo ID, Social Security Card (or other proof of social security number), Proof of income and Application fee ($50 per adult) for each person over the age of 18 who will be living in the property.

ADDITIONAL LEASING INFORMATION 

Pet Agreement - A Pet is allowed if the owner of the property agrees. If a pet or pets are allowed (usually no more than one, possibly two) an additional refundable pet deposit in the minimum amount of $200 will be required plus an additional rent per month in the minimum amount of $20. The pet deposit may be higher if required by the owner, if there is more than one pet or depending on the type, age or size of the pet. All cats must be spayed or neutered.

– Rottweiler’s, Chows, Dobermans, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers are not allowed for insurance reasons.

Key Check Out Policy  - If an agent is not available to go with you to show the property you may check out a key for most available homes. We require a photo ID and $20 refundable deposit

Lead based Paint Disclosure - If your home is built before 1978 you must sign a lead based paint disclosure. You should also read the pamphlet “ Protect your family from lead in your home “

Taking Home As – Is Agreement - If you wish to submit an application on a home you have not seen, you will need to complete and sign this statement
