Hannah Bullard - Property Manager

Hannah worked as our Marketing Leasing Coordinator in our leasing department prior to becoming a Property Manager. She loves meeting new people and is excited that this position allows just that. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family, friends and dogs at the beach, the mountains or in the backyard by the pool. Hannah became a new mother in 2022. Her co-workers describe her as funny, friendly and hard-working.

Janet Davis - Licensed Property Manager

Janet has been with Aaims for 18 years now and worked in the Tourism Industry prior to that. As a Cumberland County native, Janet loves the community and helping others. That is her favorite part of her job. When Janet is not working, she enjoys hiking, crafting, and spending time with her 2 great danes. Jennifer Sanders - Property Manager

Jennifer has been working with AAIMS since 2016 and has worked in Property Management since 2012. She was in the medical field for 10 years, which is where she learned to be empathetic, caring and customer service oriented. She is a Military wife, a Mother of 3, Grandmother and a dog mom of the cutest Chocolate lab you’ve ever seen. She loves spending her time off at the lake camping, canoeing and hiking. Meredith Baynes - Licensed Property Manager

Meredith has been with Aaims since August 2016 and doing property management for 11 years total. She loves property management and that it allows her to interact with so many people in all different circumstances. Meredith loves a challenge! She is an outdoor person who loves walking trails. Her kids are her greatest love and she enjoys spending every opportunity with them when she is not working. Sarrayyah Kennedy - Licensed Property Manager

Sarrayyah has been with the company since 2016 and in the business for 12 years. She started as a Tax credit Property manager and then made the transition to single-family homes. She loves that there is never a dull moment in property management and every situation that arises is a way to learn something new and/or learn how to handle an issue. To start her morning she needs a large mug of hot tea! She is a mother of 2 wonderful kids that she adores.  When she is not working at Aaims, she is spending time with her family. Carol Santini - Bookkeeper (Licensed)

Carol has been with Aaims Property Management, Inc. since opening in 1984. She has worked in the real estate management industry since 1981. Carol enjoys spending time with her family and dog, baking, and crafts. The thing Carol loves most about her job is the people she works with. Paula Harrington - Office Assistant

Paula has been with AAIMS for 15 yrs after previously being a property manager for 14 yrs. She enjoys the interaction and challenges of the job. Paula enjoys wildlife photography, birdwatching, knitting, and designing in her off time. She has 1 grown son. Paula loves the beach, mountains, and nature.
